Champaign, OH: A Cosmic Love Note
Just letting you know that the soup menu will be changing, next week, so grab the current menu while you can!!
Also, remember that my soups are perfect for stocking your freezers, so you have easy access on those busy days and nights!
I also wanted to remind you that I moved all of my Cosmic bread products from the bakery goods section to my own Cosmic section. And, along with my soups freezing really well, so does my bread. A perfect combo to walk in the door, grab out of the freezer, and have the perfect autumn dinner ready in minutes!
My products are great for either freezing, or breaking into, the minute you get home…
Just a bit of Monday Cosmic Love…
XOXO,
Cosmic Pam

Foothills Market: The Market is Open!
Although you wouldn’t know it from the temperatures, other signs show us that fall is here. The days are getting noticeably shorter, leaves are beginning to show color, and the crops in the garden are transitioning from summer’s bounty to fall favorites. Foothills Market is making the change along with Mother Nature.
Browse the market for the last of summer favorites like peppers and okra, as well as fall offerings such as sweet potato or pumpkin bread. Or order a favorite cut of meat to star on your dinner table on one of these early evenings.
Shop between now and Wednesday at 5:00 p.m., and we’ll have your order ready for pickup on Thursday.
Eat something fresh this week!
Russellville Community Market: 9/29/24 closing

Try a new variety of their delicious rice or stock up for the month on your favorites. Enjoy some kale from Hoof Hollow Hobbies, add some fresh sorrell from Mary-Ann King to your salads, or get some green tomatoes or sweet potatoes from Justin’s Produce. Sow’s Ear Piggery: We’ve added 4 Pork Chop Packages, Blade Steak (1-inch Shoulder Cuts) and rendered lard. Also, s stewards of the land, we are collecting natural deadfall and offering kindling bundles of ash and oak, great for Autumn get-togethers around a fire!
Calico Farm: Some like it HOT, as proven by recent sales of our newest product – Organic Carolina Reaper Salsa. Several of our regulars have been asking for something spicier than our habanero salsa, so we tried our hand with reapers, and it’s been very well received. Same base as our other salsas, with locally grown tomatoes & peppers with zero added sugars. Canned in 16 oz jars, so grab some for yourself or that person in your life who loves spicier things…because I swear, we all have one!
Our gluten-free fans can treat themselves to peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chunk cookies – sold in 6-packs & are decadent & delicious. They’re one of my favorites & I’m not even gluten-free.
Finally, baking season is finally here so it’s time to restock your pantry with our homemade vanilla extract. Sold in 4 oz bottles & made with organic Madagascar vanilla beans, aged a minimum of 2 months. The flavor is second to none!
Safe and Sound Soap Co: Indulge your skin with our luxurious Whipped Sugar Scrubs, meticulously crafted with organic ingredients for a pampering experience. Each scrub combines the gentle exfoliation of cane sugar with the nourishing properties of coconut oil, leaving your skin smooth and hydrated. Enriched with natural Castile soap, it provides a refreshing cleanse while vegetable glycerin locks in moisture for lasting softness. Perfect for all skin types, our scrubs elevate your self-care routine, transforming dull skin into a radiant, revitalized glow. Experience the difference of all natural products with every use! Our laundry soap is also hand crafted from natural high quality ingredients, that will ensure your clothes are fresh and clean, without using toxic chemicals.
NashPhilly: This week we do have butternut squash soup available on the market. We will also have the Manhattan Clam Chowder as the soup of the week. Once we get more into the fall and winter I will open up more soup options for you to choose from.
Do you like Pimento Cheese? Do you like cheese steaks? I have something interesting for you to try, it’s a pimento cheese steak. My homemade pimento cheese spread, with ribeye meat, and your choice of either sauted mushrooms, peppers, or onions. Just write in the comments what veggies you would like or not like on your sandwich.
If you have pint containers and lids, you would like to return, I will gladly use them again

Thank you for choosing Northeast Georgia Locally Grown as a way to support your local producers. This online farmers market allows you to buy directly from multiple farms committed to chemical-free and local produce all year long! CHEMICAL-FREE means produce and pastures grown without synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides. LOCAL means within 80 miles from the market pickup locations (usually much much closer). Do you know someone who grows chemical-free food in the area? Get them in touch with us. Know someone who wants fresh food? Spread the word. Put the two together, and that’s growing organically!
PICKUP TIME is Wednesday from 5-6:30 p.m. in Clayton, Clarkesville, or Gainesville.
If you do not get an email ORDER CONFIRMATION after you finish the checkout process, then your order is NOT complete. Head back to the market page, and your order might still be there waiting for you to check out! If you have any trouble or questions at all, we are here to help; simply reply to this email.
Once you place an order, be on the lookout for the order reminder email on Wednesday with further pickup and payment notes.
Thanks for supporting local farmers!
